Business support in our name refers to our ability to support business in planning and analyzing their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (S.W.O.T.). We do more than just sell insurance and provide business support services. We also offer finance support to help our clients grow their businesses through micro and mini loans. Our goal is to educate communities about insurance and business properly planned leads to personal success. Though education, we hope customers will be better clients because they will better understand what they are buying, why it is necessary, and be in a better position to be proactive and knowledgeable in selecting the proper insurance.

Along with the California Business Education Association, the Insurance Education Association, and Rockridge Partners, we have developed an insurance program leading to an AA degree in insurance offered through several California Community Colleges. Through these programs, we hope the communities will take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about insurance and consider a career in the insurance industry.

We are continually working to develop a web site that will be a resource for potential clients to use to gain knowledge about specific insurance coverages and how they apply to their specific needs. We also believe if potential customers understand what they are buying and understand the correlation between losses from claims and premiums paid - they will be better clients. One of Vantage's goals is to take the mystery out of insurance.

As a company, we are committed to providing exceptional service. Addition to designing custom insurance plans, we focus on niche markets and classes that are preferred by our carriers. We work with our carriers to provide links to their site to direct customers to us. In sticking with our vision, our marketing campaign is educational in nature with the hope of the user walking away with new knowledge.

We strategize with affinity groups, associations, individuals, and with our insurance carriers to develop custom insurance products for their members. In this role, we help solve problems by offering options and alternatives to what are considered standard insurance plans.
